Half-day retreat designed to bring balance, relaxation, and deep connection. A space to slow down, move with intention, and nourish your mind and body.
What to Expect:
Journaling & Intention Setting - A gentle start to the morning with guided reflection. (Pens and paper will be provided with journaling prompts)
90 minutes of Yoga (Hatha flow into restorative poses)
Philosophy talk (A short and relaxed discussion on yoga philosophy, exploring ways to integrate these teachings into daily life) questions are very welcome!
Yoga Nidra & Aromatherapy - A deeply restorative guided meditation enhanced with calming essential oils.
