Hatha

This mixed-ability yoga class is designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength while fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. Together, we’ll explore aspects of yoga philosophy, offering insights that can be carried off the mat and into daily life.

​

Charlotte will guide students through a variety of pose options, ensuring that everyone - regardless of experience or ability - can find variations that suit their unique needs and energy levels each class. The practice emphasises mindful breathing, staying present, and turning inward for self-reflection and growth.

With a balance of grounding and relaxation, alongside energising and invigorating movements, this class offers a holistic experience to nurture both body and soul.

Yoga for Beginners

Tuesday

This is a gentle yoga class tailored for beginners and those returning to their practice. This class will explore key areas of yoga philosophy and foundational postures. Participants will receive various options to discover pose variations that align with their individual bodies and energy levels. All are welcome!

Yin & Sound

Friday

6:25 pm

This class offers a meditative experience suitable for all abilities. Poses are held for 1 to 5 minutes, utilising cushions and blocks for added support and comfort. The session concludes with a mini sound bath to enhance relaxation.

 

Tip: Bring a blanket to keep warm and cozy during the relaxation at the end of class.
